We are pleased to share a powerful patient story from Ineke, featured on the UMC Utrecht research website. In her story, Ineke reflects on how exercise played a vital role in her recovery and helped her regain energy and quality of life after metastatic breast cancer.

Ineke previously participated in the PREFERABLE-EFFECT study (the predecessor of the PREFERABLE-II project), which examined how exercise impacts people with metastatic breast cancer.
